Andre BeaubienI went to two transmission shops before coming to J&T and I’m so glad I went. Neither of the other shops understood what the CVT transmission in my daughter’s Impreza needed. This shop is three hours from me and I’d go back for any work I needed. They quickly diagnosed the problem and provided me with an estimate as well as the best vehicle inspection I’ve ever had with a detailed breakdown of the repairs and maintenance I needed to keep my daughters car on the road. They fixed exactly what I approved and didn’t pressure me to do work that I couldn’t afford yet. They provided pictures before work was done, photos of when parts were removed and of the completed work. Besides doing an excellent and fast job on the transmission, the other little things they fixed probably saved us from major repairs in the future and gave us a timeline and price estimates for necessary maintenance. I feel much better about my daughter driving this vehicle now.
